The HMC800 horizontal machining center adopts a positive T-shaped structure, an integral base, a large-span double-layer wall column, and the three axes are equipped with heavy-duty roller guides, resulting in high overall structural rigidity of the machine tool. The machine tool uses a forced cooling system for the lead screw bearings and a forced cooling system for the belt spindle, which effectively ensures the accuracy stability of the machine tool. The machine tool is standardly equipped with a double-pallet automatic workpiece exchange system, which can be used for batch multi-sided machining of parts such as boxes, discs, plates and shells, and machine bases. It is also suitable for the finishing of various molds.
